Congratulations on that. I have lost and gained weight several times in my life. Now with the diabetes I just want to lose it and control myself so that I can live a long healthy life. I hate that whatever addictions I am plagued with, seem to derail me.
The Paleo diet I found was - meat, olive oil, eggs, fruit, vegetables (no potatoes) and nuts (no peanuts or cashews).
This would be the first time I ever tried cutting out all dairy.
