Write down any food consumed each day and adjust your food intake, fat intake and calories, accordingly. Eat cabbage soup every day for a week. On the 1st. day, you can eat any type of vegetables and fruit you want, with the exception of bananas. The only drinks you are allowed to have throughout the entire 7-day cabbage diet are cranberry juice, black coffee, unsweetened tea and water. Consume cabbage soup on the 2nd. day of your cabbage soup diet. On this day, you can eat any type of vegetables, except beans, corn and peas. Also, eat a baked potato with 1 tbsp. of butter on it for dinner. Eat cabbage soup for the 3rd. day and any fruits and vegetables from the list above. Consume cabbage soup on the 4th. day. Eat up to 8 bananas and make sure to drink 2 glasses of skim milk. Eat cabbage soup on the 5th. day along with a 20 oz. (566 g) cut of beef, chicken or fish. Also, eat 6 fresh tomatoes and drink 8 glasses of water. Consume cabbage soup on the 6th. day, along with an unlimited amount of vegetables and up to 3 beef steaks. Eat cabbage soup on the 7th. day, along with unsweetened fruit juice, 2 cups (473 ml) of brown rice and an unlimited amount of fresh vegetables.
  • The recipe for the cabbage soup varies; however, the basic recipe includes cabbage, low calorie vegetables such as tomatoes and onions. Onion soup mix is used to add flavor along with bouillon and tomato.
  • You can continue with the Campbell Soup diet plan for as long as you want; however, the cabbage soup diet should only be followed for 1 week.

That's why I'm going low carb and low fat.
My time in the gym is usually four days a week. I spend about an hour lifting weights, 30 minutes either on a stationary bike or on a treadmill, and 30-45 minutes swimming.
My diet: typically for breakfast I'll have either a half cup of oatmeal or some muesli with fruit and yogurt, plus a small glass of orange juice.
Lunch is usually some low fat soup or stew I make in the crock pot; chili, veggie soup, lentils with brown rice and vegetables, a pita pocket stuffed with minced vegetables and a little viniagrette salad dressing, or my own concocted mix of split peas with onions and tomatoes
