Day 1 Soup and fruit day
You may eat all fruits except bananas. Cantaloupes (melons) and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits today. For drinks you may have unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, unsweetened coffee, or water. Don not put milk in the tea or coffee. Drink plenty of filtered or bottled water.
Day 2 Soup and vegetable day
You may eat all the vegetables you wish. Eat util you are stuffed

Wow- just weighed in- i lost 12 lbs total...in 7 12/08 10:23:05
this diet is so hot. im going on vacation but back on diet after new years. BTW- i dont eat like a pig regularly so im not worried about putting it back on. i also work out . i think ive been retaining water since i started working out, and the diet helped get rid of it. i feel so much better. i went from 164 to 152 exactly. thank GOD. ive been busting my ass...nice to see the scale agree with me. i should be around 125 so ive got a ways to go. the diets like this:

here's the plan:
Remember: This diet should only be followed for 7 days at a time, with at least two weeks in between.
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.
Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn
