I am swearing off red wine for 3 months and adapting to more and more soup for meals w/ fruit and fresh juice and cottage cheese/homemade yogurt and oats and eggs for other foods in my diet.
So everything is homemade and no more wine or alcohol, no processed foods and so far im doing really well and feel satisfied.
im also just doing 30 min walks during the workday and yoga at home. TOmorrow im starting back in the gym. the walks at work never stopped.
any advice on soups in a diet for fitness?
im using organic veggies and adding wild rice w/ no oils and only clear broths, lots of spices and herbs like cinnamon and even indian curries but no milk
How about Evo and fruit/veggies?2007-08-17 15:30:22 by nyx94
I sincerely doubt that I am responsible enough to feed my dog/cats a proper raw diet that covered all of their nutritional needs. While I do my best in taking care of them, I have no confidence in my ability to do -enough- research to have a completely balanced raw diet for them. For that reason, I'm looking to upgrade from Chicken Soup dry and Merrick canned for all of them.
Can I feed the dog Innova EVO with veggies/fruits without worrying too much about throwing something out of whack with a "complete diet" product?
