I personally believe in the theory that teeth are also a diet issue not only brushing.
i dont know if there is any science that has been done on this, but anecdotally my teeth 'feel better' when i have sufficient calcium (cheese for me) and when i keep up my consumption of raw fruit, especially apples (not juice, actual fruit). i also personally use fluoride toothpaste.

I juice greens and veg and fruit 1-2 times a day.
The only foods I am eating are meat, poultry, seafood, nuts, seeds, fruits and vetetables and eggs.
No dairy, no grains of any kind, no sugar (except in fruit) no processed foods, no beans, legumes, or potatoes.
I am just jogging/walking and doing sit-ups, push ups, etc...
I plan to work in more exercise now.

I found a stationary bike at a garage sale for $4! My first elliptical machine was given to me and I used it all the time until it broke! I need to get motivated again, so far everyone seems so encouraging. I started a list this morning of what I have learned so far:
stop overeating -no more big plates of rice
stop snacking -no munching from candy dish
drink water -pure not city. all day, keep a bottle at hand
make steamed veggies, easy on digestion
drink high protein like soy
vitamix juice gives you whole fruit and veg
eat organic, less toxins
do cardio- elliptical, bike, walk
weight train 30 to 45 min every other day
do weight training slowly...
