I make my own diet plan

I pretty much know what I need to cut out when I start packing on pounds so I don't follow a set diet plan. If I eat a lot of take out, fast food, fried foods, pasta, etc ... I start to put on weight. If I cut back on those things I start to lose weight.
For dinner most nights I have lean meats as suggested by South Beach and fresh vegetables. I bring leftovers to work. I don't bother myself with worrying if the vegetables I am eating are too high in carbs. I figure vegies are just good for me. I eat fruit for desserts. I cut back things I love like white bread with lots of butter, tortillas, pasta

I've been on this diet for 4 months and was loosing good but I am straying away and need to get back on the plan. It is the best diet ever. You stay away from bad carbs and eat a lot of vegetables, fruit, lean protein and a lot of high fibre grains like flax meal or 100% whole grains..
I lost 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks when I was sticking on the plan.. My diabetes was totally under control with no meds. I stopped the 4 metformin and shots of levemire. My A1c went from 10.2 down to 7.3 which is remarkable for me. My cholesterol or lipid panel is normal..
It is the most healthy diet ever.

Sugar as its fourth and fifth ingredients. It is not "pure fat" by any stretch of the imagination. It has much less fat than mayonnaise, and was always a cheaper alternative to mayo.
You are eating a diet high in simple carbs and low in healthy fats and fibrous vegetables. That's why you're so hungry. A better food plan to follow is "Eat Fat, Lose Fat" by Dr. Mary Enig.
