Hello Friends‚ Welcome to the session. In my last article I have talked about the Importance of Fruits and Vegetable in your daily Diet Plans. It’s an important part of any Slimming Program. If you missed that one you May read: Proper Diet Plans for Effective Weight Loss Program.

Slimming means balancing your body weight as your need‚ deducting the unnecessary weight by taking an effective slimming plan.

To potentiate your weight loss program you have to eat fruits and vegetables in balanced amount. If you maintain these Diet Plans effectively then you can get beneficial effect from eating fruits and vegetables to reduce your weight. Below is the simple Diet Plans to eat fruits and vegetables in balanced amount-

  • One apple‚ banana‚ pear‚ orange or other similar sized fruit.
  • Two plums‚ Satsuma’s‚ kiwi fruit or other similar sized fruit.
  • 1/2 a grapefruit or avocado.
  • One large slice of melon or fresh pineapple.
  • Three heaped tablespoons of vegetables‚ beans or pulses.
  • Three heaped tablespoons of fruit salad or stewed fruit.
  • One heaped tablespoon of raisins or sultanas.
  • Three dried apricots.
  • One cupful of grapes‚ cherries or berries.
  • One dessert bowl of salad and
  • 150ml of pure fruit juice.

Is high Carbohydrate foods should add in weight loss Diet Plans?

Many slimmer feeling confused about whether they include high carbohydrate foods in their weight loss Diet Plans or not. They think high carbohydrate rich foods like pasta‚ bread‚ potatoes‚ cereal and rice has negative affect for their Weight Loss Program. Actually there is no proof that high carbohydrate rich foods help to make you gain weight than any other food. Basically‚ it is the simply matter of intake of high calorie than expend which can only help you to gain weight.

30 pounds in 1-2 months is not unreasonable. When I am on a serious diet (with the blessing of my doctor BTW, so the critics can mind their own business.) I can average a pound a day. I stay around 1000 calories, any more than that and I gain weight (AGAIN with the blessing of my doctor.) I'm not veg or vegan, but you could alter my plan to suit your needs. I would eat a lot of dinner-sized salads with as much vegetables, or even fruits (grapes and apples are good in salad) as you want, and the lowest calorie dressing you can find. I like Ken's Lite Northern Italian, but I don't know if it's vegan

This is good. A lot of people try to go on a diet that is impossible for them to stick to. You need to do what works for you and what you can continue doing over a lifetime.

You need much more variety. You can bake fish too. Add vegetables to your diet. The more kinds the better
