Ever since your mom force-fed you broccoli, you've realized that raw, unprocessed foods are good for your bodyand your waistline. In the 1990s, the raw-food movement hit pop culture, and celebrities such as Demi Moore, Uma Thurman, and Woody Harrelson have been reported fans. Raw foodists eat only uncooked, unprocessed food, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and, for certain types of raw foodists, meat and fish. You may not be ready to give up your whole-grain muffins, but adding more raw food to your diet can be tastier than you think. Need recommended recipes for anti-yeast diet.2013-09-02 00:04:36 by nook1357
My Mom has a really bad yeast infection throughout her intestinal tract. I need to put her on a diet that has no sugar,no Splenda, no yeast, no starches, no high sugar vegetables and products that use yeast to age them (wine, vinegar, cheese, soy sauce). The whole idea is to kill off the yeast in her system. Yeast lives on sugars and starches. I also need to keep her weight up.
I can only use any protein that is not cured with sugar. Yogert is ok, but not milk. Most fats are fine to use. Most nuts are fine except peanuts.
So far I can think of making stir fry, some soups, and egg dishes

I only eat fresh fruits and vegetables and I love it. If you eat this way, you'll be surprised on how healthy you become. Of course, if you are thinking your are going to be deficient, you probably will somehow be able to manifest that.
However, if you look at your situation as a gift, and in a few years you'll look back at this and see the gift it is, you'll thrive on this diet.
If you look on some of the raw vegan diet websites, you find plenty of recipes for how to make foods out of fresh fruits and vegetables.

A Low Carb diet will keep you satieted and will be safe to do as long as you get a balance of nutrition and don't eliminate carbs completely. There are good carbs, most good carbs are high fiber grains, fruits and vegetables. There is a great low carb pasta on the market. Dreamfield Pasta (only 5 net grams of carbs per serving) has become a staple food in my home. I lost 30 lbs eating all my favorite pasta dishes (using Dreamfield Pasta).
