Every week in the vegetable market I see the packages of tofu. Every week I leave saying I will look up some recipes to make something with tofu. This week, I did the opposite and bought a package of tofu - to *force* me to make something with it!!
I have googled and looked for recipes online, but what I want to know is which way do *you* like to cook/serve it? Do you find the kids liked it better one way or the other or is this something best saved for adult meals?
