I'm trying to change that. I've only ever had it raw in veggie platters, and I'm not impressed.
However, I bought a small head at the farmers' market yesterday, and I am looking for tasty and healthy ideas to ease me into the cauliflower world :)

Here's info i've found helpful in the past!!
Studies have shown that vegetarians absorb and retain more calcium from foods than do nonvegetarians. Vegetable greens such as spinach, kale and broccoli, and some legumes and soybean products are good sources of calcium from plants.
