I think smoothies are killing my diet. i wanted

For breakfast so i started making smoothies.
i used to just eat oatmeal and take fresh fruit as a snack but got tired of cutting the fruit and all. so i bought a blender and toss a banana, frozen berries, a mango, & non-fat yogurt in.
is this too many carbs and sugar?
i've gained a couple lbs since this but i'm still working out like a mofo

One simple dietary change that can make a difference in the way you feel and how well your elimination system works is to incorporate more fruits and leafy greens into your diet. Eat 5 to 10 pieces of fruit every day and at least one salad. Green smoothies are a good way to get both fruit and greens. Here is one of my favorites:
2 large bananas
some water
1/2 head lettuce
some blueberries for flavoring
Just blend the ingredients in a blender.
